Heaters are an important piece of equipment to keep your water temperature in your reef or freshwater aquarium stable. Temperature fluctuations can cause stress to your fish or corals.
We carry the most popular heaters in the market. Jager heaters are an example, they have a +/- 0.5 degree precision. A minimum of 3-5 watts per gallon is recommended to keep your aquarium at an optimal temperature. Larger tanks should use more than one heater in case of an emergency, if one heater fails it will not cook your aquarium.
Utilizing a radio wave signal, the remote sensor(s) will measure the temperature at the waterproof probe tip and send the information to the PINPOINT Temperature Display Monitor, which will display the temperature in Fº or Cº degrees.
