Frozen Food Shipping
In order to preserve the nutritional value of our frozen or live foods they must be shipped via Fedex Next Day Air.
Order over $159 and only pay next day air charges. Save when you buy more.

All foods are shipped and stored in refrigeration to ensure you get the best quality product possible. We go through great lengths to ensure you receive the best product possible so all foods are store in at least 20F. Shipping charges do not change so it is more economical to buy in quantity.
Google Checkout
Due to integration with google checkout we are charging a flat rate of $9.99 and $1 for each pound.
Expedited Shipping Cost:
Next Day air and Other expedited shipping methods are calculated by the total weight of your Shopping Cart.
For Saturday Delivery:
If you so choose, you may have your package arrive on a Saturday. Please email us at support@saltysupply.com to request a Saturday delivery, otherwise shipments arrive on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Delivery Methods:
90% of our orders recieved before 3pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders after this time are shipped the next business day. Backorder Items usually ship in about 5 business days or less. Please be sure you're items are not on backorder before contacting customer service. You can view the status of your order through "My Account" or "Track Orders" links on the top of the page. Availability is also marked on each product, we do our best to keep these updated.
Back order and Pre-Order items:
Backordered items will be shipped via ground service at no additional cost. Contact us if you want to shipping upgrades for an additional fee. . We will contact you within 1 business day to let you know about the status of your backordered item. Please let us know if you would like the shipment shipped all at once.
Refusing Packages:
If the shipment is refused or marked "returned to shipper" by UPS, we will reveive the packages back then issue a credit to the customer minus a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping costs associated with the order. If not all items are refused, we will then credit back the remaining packages.
Special Ordered ItemsAny special ordered products(products that must be special ordered and are not stocked on a regular basis) are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the package is refused or the order is canceled. No Exceptions. Items include Bubble King Protein Skimmers, Zeovit, Vertex Products and Aquaphoton. We will notify you if this is the case.
Canceled Orders
All canceled orders are subject to a non refundable 5% restocking fee.
Leaving packages without signature:
UPS tracking information is sent to you via email, it is also available under your account. You can leave a note for the delivery man to leave the package at the door. But be aware that not all drivers will do this.
Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers for each days shipments are sent out via email and are also available in the "My Account" area on our website. You can also visit the track orders link at the top of the page. Please be sure you are logged in.
Missing Items:
Please be sure to check the amount of tracking numbers received, verify you have all boxes and supplies ordered and if you are certain you are missing items please check your order status. If an item was backordered you will see it noted in your order status under My Account.
If an item is misplaced by UPS please give it a week to arrive then contact customer service.
Damaged Items:
If your items arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours. All claims must be filed with UPS.
If the package is damaged by UPS or FedEx we will file the claim.
