Every item you purchase at SaltySupply.com is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Weather you made the purchase by mail or in a Salty Supply Store you may return it by mail or one of our locations. Return information is listed below or on the front of your invoice.

You have 30 Days to initiate a return and 30 Days to mail it back. Which is our industry leading 30/30 Day Return Policy.

All products returned must be 100% unused, in original packaging and in resealable condition. Make sure all materials and parts are still in the box with the product as this will void your return and we will refuse the package. All returns are subject to approval, if the item looks used or likely to have been submersed in water the order is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refused orders
Any refused packages without an Return Authorization included will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping charges associated with the order. Any shipping cost's associated with refused packages will be billed accordingly.

How To Request an RMA

• Have one of our customer service rep's issue you an RMA number to be written clearly on the outside of the box.
• To issue a RMA click here to submit a request.
• Please specify whether or not you would like a refund, exchange, repair or store credit. Please include this information to speed up the return process.
• We respond to return requests within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders that shipped with our free shipping promotion are subject to a non refundable shipping charge associated with the order.( This is what it cost us to ship the item to you.) .If the order was not our mistake we expect the customer to pay return shipping as well(Think of this like returning something to a local store, they will not pay for your gas to drive there.)
